What to expect?

We work with individual schools or groups of schools to design and deliver bespoke arts festivals and creative projects—without adding extra workload for teachers. Whether it’s a talent showcase, an exhibition, or a multi-school festival, I manage everything from planning to delivery, ensuring an impactful, professional event that aligns with your school’s ambitions and curriculum.

Schools can work individually or pool budgets as a consortia to share costs and create larger-scale arts experiences.

How It Works:

Bespoke Festival & Event Planning – We meet with your school(s) to understand your vision, timetable, and budget, then design an exciting arts programme. We will ensure all your talent shows, exhibitions, delivery of artists and guest speakers are all managed. Once I know the budget you have to work with I will do all the coordination and resourcing.
Seamless Event Management – I coordinate logistics, scheduling, and delivery so that staff can focus on teaching. I will create schedules based on your school timetables, your school calendar. I will create plans for your teachers to follow as well as handle all the communications with any external artists you want involved for the project.
Flexible & Scalable – From a single-school showcase to a city-wide collaboration, I tailor events to your needs.
Enriched Arts Learning – Events can feature performances, exhibitions, cultural celebrations, and creative CPD for staff.
Sustainable & Cost-Effective – Schools working together can share costs, resources, and opportunities.

Costs:

Single-School Festival: £1500 (includes planning, coordination & hosting of at least two cultural projects)

Consortia Arts Exchange (Multiple Schools): From £4,000+ (costs shared across schools, enabling a series of joint arts events)

I act as your Festival Curator, Producer, and Coordinator, ensuring high-quality arts events with minimal admin for your team.
